PeopleSoft FMS 9.2 GL Trial Balance Report - Beginning Balances Not On Report

We are on FMS 9.2 image 3.  For the delivered trial balance report (General Ledger > General Reports > Trial Balance) it is showing just activity and not including beginning balances for the balance sheet accounts when we run a TB for January 2015.  A 2014 close has been ran and I have verified beginning balances are in period 0 2015.  Any one else having this problem?
