Cash Mgmt - EFT Request Page Destination Tab - Is anyone populating the bank name based on the Bank

We are on 9.2 Image 3.  Often times the user only has the routing number and not the bank name.  Has anyone customized the destination tab to populate the bank name based on the routing number entered?  Currently they go to the FRB website to get the bank name.
