Link to EBS for AP & AR Task Type throwing error

In the Task Action when I click on button Go To Task it takes me to EBS login page and shows following two errors:

AP Task Type : Unable to execute function.  (RESP_ID=50554/RESP_APPL_ID=200)

AR Task Type : Unable to execute function.  (RESP_ID=50559/RESP_APPL_ID=222)

In the manage application I have created three applications namely EBS_AP, EBS_AR & EBS_GL with same application token names and have imported EBS_AP_Integration_11123.xml, EBS_AR_Integration_11123.xml and EBS_GL_Integration_11123.xml files respectively.

Go To Task for GL Task Type works fine. I am not sure where I did mistake while setting up the Close Manager.
