Receive-to-site in locations (iProcurement)

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to restrict users from receipting to particular locations.

If we disable that particular Locations Receive-to-Site check box(rather than endating the location itself) ,will it restrict the users from receipting.

What happens to the Open PO's for that site,can they be receipted to another location?

And when inventory is not installed is Ship to Site is same as Receipt to site??

Please advice.
