Has anyone seen this message after applying a PUM fix?

We installed a PUM change package this morning and now have issues getting to some pages.  When we clock on an item from the search page we get 'An error has occurred which prevents this transaction continuing" and when we do a PC trace we see this: "TDE Encryption Algorithm: '' ."  We don''t use TDE so why would we start having this issue?
