how to setup windows service for Tuxipc.exe (PeopleSoft Batch Server)

Hi,

I am trying to move our Batch server from windows 2008 Server to Windows 2012 machine. so, I copied over the PS_HOME folder along with Tuxedo install.

I am trying to have the tuxipc.exe as part of windows service (Note: I have copied Tuxedo install from old server to new server, not installing).

I need to know, how would we have the tuxipc.exe to setup and  run as windows service (general,during Tuxedo installation, the service "ORACLE ProcMGR V11.1.1.2.0 with VS2010" as  windows service during installation of tuxedo, if the installation of Tuxedo software is done manually), but is there anyway I can install this same server manually after I move the Tuxedo installation (folder) to new server?
