AWE criteria setup for Peoplesoft Reported time approvals
Hello,
We are in the process of implementing the TL reported time approvals by turning on Workgroup level.
I am able to setup everything and working fine. Today customer requested to not trigger workflow for certain TRC's and need not to send this time to payroll.
Also I setup criteria class to not trigger workflow for certain TRC's. When I submitted transaction for the excluded TRC list, I found that the row reported status is 'NA' in TL_RPTD_TIME table.
Is criteria class correct way to meet this requirement?.
Why the reported status sits in 'NA' status?. Is there any process needs to run?.
