Does the EOP_PUBLISHF program eliminates the flat file when the data was already loaded in AR_PAYLOA

Hi All,

We are always experiencing duplicate data issue when we ran AR_PAYLOAD. The cause was due to same flat file that was being processed in each day.
My question is does the EOP_PUBLISHF program elimates (meaning deleting/moving the file to an archive folder) the flat file when it was already loaded?
