OIM EBS UM Connector errors - same issue as stated in Doc Id 966153.1

I'm basically copying the text from an open SR here - hoping to get some clue as to the solution...


We are currently performing pre-production testing of the OIM EBS UM Connector, we are experiencing the same issue as described in Doc Id 966153.1.

For testing we are connecting to an R12 Vision database - EBS version 12.1.3.

I followed the instructions within that doc, dropping the user and re-running the creation scripts with the updated scripts.

We still receive the error.

I was finally able to workaround that error by granting select and adding synonyms for APPLSYS.FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS and APPLSYS.FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES, only to receive new errors:
