Supplemental Data Setup

Enterprise component>Supplemental Data>Define Record

I would like to delete one of the Field Name rows on the Define Record page.  The Record Status has been Activated and saved and therefore the DELETE option is greyed out.  Even when the Record Status is changed to In Design, the DELETE option is still not available. How can I delete a field name row?
