How to migrate the old dunning letter history into Collections

We are upgrading to R12 Collections and newly started using the Staged Dunning.

Can anybody please advise on how to correctly generate the new staged levels considering the past R11 letters generated from AR (however based originally on Days Overdue)?

Further, besides the report  "Dunning History - Receivables Generated Letters Only", is there a chance to see this history online anywhere in the R12 Collections Workbench?
