IN The 'Recruiting Actions' the 'Other Actions' menu is not working in PS Recruiting Solutions 9.2

The 'Recruiting Actions' in 'Other Actions' menu is not working in PS Recruiting Solutions 9.2

When we navigate from any menu in Recruiting > Search Applicants. The actions available under 'Other Actions > Recruiting Actions' like 'Create Interview Evaluation', 'Prepare Job Offer' etc, are not working or responding to mouse click.

This does not work even in superuser login like PS.
