Getting "OAAM-11113: Choose the action template for creating action instance." error while creating

Hi,

I am getting "OAAM-11113: Choose the action template for creating action instance." while creating the action instance, following is the procedure we have done to create Action Template & Action Instance in OAAM ADMIN console.

1. Created a java class which extends "DynamicAction".

2. Exported this class as jar and put this on oracle.oaam.extensions.war/lib.

3. Created the war file using " >jar -cvfm oracle.oaam.extensions.war META-INF\MANIFEST.MF *.* "

Following is the output:
