Stopping selective users from posting journals

Hi,

Due to business requirement we have kept the Journal Periods open for January. This has given access for Posting Journal to all users who have privilege to do so during Open period.

But now requirement is to make distinction, Only Accounting Team should have access to post Journals in January, all other teams should not have access to post Journals in January, but these groups should have access to Post Journals in Feb as normal.

Can you please suggest a way to achieve such settings without customization?

The periods will be closed in April. So it is important that only the desired group does posting.
