Navbar,Add to and notification missing

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our Demo database from tools 8.53.10 to 8.54.07.

After the upgrade i have turned on the Navbar by making the changes in Branding Options page, but i do not see the Add to, NavBar and Notification buttons on the header when logged in from IE11 but see the same when logged in from Chrome.

Is there an additional setting that i have to make this visible in IE11. Please help.
