NavBar,Add to and Notification missing

Hi,

We have recently upgrade our dem database from tools 8.53.10 to 8.54.07, application 9.2.

After the upgrade, when logged in from IE 11 i do not see the NavBar, Add to and Notification buttons on the Header but see them when logged in from Chrome.

I have turned on the Navbar by navigating to Brandion Options page.

Is there something i have to different for a IE 11 browser. Please help.
