OIM security questions forgotten

Dear All,

We have deployed OIM 11.1.2.2.0 which is LDAPSync with OID 11.1.1.7.0. I want to know that if any user forgot his security questions or their answers then as an administrator how can we reset/change/retrieve those questions/answers so that user is able to use self service of OIM for password change?

Please share your knowledge in this regard.
