UPGPTWBPFNVP Application Engine program does not exist in HCM 9.1/PT 8.54 demo database.

I am in the process of creating an HCM 9.1/PT 8.54 demo database. On page 252 of the PeopleTools Installation for Oracle guide there is a step "Updating Web Profiles." It specifies to run the Application Engine program UPGPTWBPFNVP. However, that app engine program does not existing in the database. What's up with that? Please advise. My database platform is Oracle 11.2.0.4.
