UPGPTPGFLRS does not exist in HCM 9.1/PT 8.54 demo database

I am in the process of creating an HCM 9.1/PT 8.54 demo database. On page 252 of the PeopleTools 8.54 Installation for Oracle guide, for the step "Updating Chart and Grid Filter," it specifies to run the Application Engine program "UPGPTPGFLRS." However the program UPGPTPGFLRS does not exist in the database. What's up with that? Please advise.
