OPAM: Unix target password checkout not working

Team,

I have installed OPAM 11.1.2.2.0 and added UNIX target. I Can able to add privileged account and grantee to the account. However couldn't checkout either password or session. Note that usage policy's "Allow checkout Type" set to ALL hence it should support both password and session.

During password checkout, I am getting below error. Kindly help
