Experience using PeopleSoft Test Framework for Mass Data Uploads

Does anyone have experience using PeopleSoft Test Framework to do mass uploads of data into production?  We currently use ExceltoCI but the performance of this mass upload tool is not acceptable.

Any feedback is appreciated.
