SQR Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running

Hi,

We are in the middle of an upgrade, and we have run into a problem that just started recently.  When running the PAY003, it errors with the message log entry "sqr Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running".  After setting many debug points in the SQR program, we have found that the process errors when it hits the the 'graphic' function to print a box.  This process was running fine about a week ago.  Any ideas?
