OPAM 11gR2: Session Manager configuration error

Team,

I am on OPAM 11.1.2.2.0 version and configured unix target without any issue. Could able to checkout/in unix account. Now I am trying to configure session manager and getting below error while running configureSessionManager.py. Can anyone please help me to fix this issue.

Document says:

Run the WLST script configureSessionManager.py from the location <span class="codeinlineitalic" style="font-style: italic;">ORACLE_HOME</span>/opam/tools as shown in the following example:

On UNIX:

./wlst.sh <span class="codeinlineitalic" style="font-style: italic;">ORACLE_HOME</span>/opam/tools/configureSessionManager.py -d <span class="codeinlineitalic" style="font-style: italic;"><Path_to_WebLogic_Domain_Directory></span>
