Hi Experts,

When I download the workflow definition from R12.2 env using WFLOAD, the .wft file has access_level=100 by default. If I upload this wft to another EBS R12.2 env, it fails due to the access_level error. Does this mean each time I download the wft using WFLOAD DOWNLOAD, I need to manually change the access_level before I could upload to other env? Is there any other tool instead of WFLOAD?
