ExcelUploadforVoucher.xls not populating staging tables

We are trying to use the ExcelUploadforVoucher.xls process.  We are using 9.1, pt 8.52.13.


When we clicked Generate and Post it goes to success. The problem is my staging tables are empty. We checked Integration Broker and there are no error messages.

We are using Microsoft Excel 2010 and we have been using this since the beginning of 2014 without any problems.


For the problems that we have had previously we always found an error in Integration Broker, but this time there are no errors.


Any suggestions?
