Copy Project definition only using Command Line

Experts-

I'm trying to automate PeopleSoft Migration Process.

one of the requirement is to backup the project in target before copying from source. Most of the stuff is figured out but to backup the project in target, i need to copy the project definition only from source and export to file in target.

Anybody know what's the command line parameter to just export Project?
