OPAM: opamsessionmgr application deployment error

Experts,

My OPAM version is 11.1.2.2.0. I am getting below error while starting OPAM managed server. This is the error while deploying opamsessionmgr application. Application state showing "Active" and Health "OK" when I check in weblogic deployments. But opam_server1.log showing the below error. Can anyone please help me what exactly going on here and which port it's referring (port 1222!!)? I rebuilt my OPAM server from scratch and getting exact same error during manager server startup.  I did open port 1222 in my OPAM server and the same port configured under session manager. I am unable to checkout session.
