Multiple OAM Managed Server without Weblogic Cluster

Hi,

we are installing OAM in an active-active multi data center deployment; session failover is not required between the two datacenters, its acceptable for the user to re-authentication in case of a site failover.

Instead of configuring two separate domains and keep them in sync using T2P tools, would it be feasible to just configure a single domain and have one Managed Server

with OAM per site, without Weblogic cluster? With such a configuration, sessions would not be replicate between oam instances using coherence.

Haven't been able to find doc about this type of configuration. My main concern/doubt is that Coherence and Cluster is needed for other reasons besides session sharing.

Howdy, Stranger!
