Copying ADS-MO project from file - Error Peopletools 8.54 FIN92 image update

I am currently updating the image of our FSCM to image 10 from base image using PUM.

Source: Peopletools 8.54.05

Target: Peopletools 8.54.03

However, in the step Copying ADS-MO project from file i received an error.

- The first error was 1426 - ORA-01426: numeric overflow

          - Upon checking the trace before the error appears it shows

  ORA-00001:
unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_BAT_TIMINGS_FN) violated

So i fixed this error but after restarting the step and ran it again the step returned an error again but this time it  did not show any details of the error. So i trace it again and on the trace logs it did not show any errors.
