What is the next step after IDM, IAM installation?

Dear Legends,

I'm a DBA/FMW Consultant very new to Oracle Identity Management. After following the Oracle Docs for 11gr2 (IDM) I hope I have installed OIM and OAM. I'm able to view my servers up and running.

Requirement:

I got a Requirement to install or setup OIM, OAM and OID with respect to Integration of Our Existing AACG/GRC and EBS.

Questions:

1. What is the Next step at an Highlevel ?

2. How do I install OID (Oracle Internet Directory) ?

3. As a Administrator what should be details that I should provide to the users ?
