nVision Running through Process Scheduler

Hi,

   we are People Tools: 8.53.15 , Office 2013, Windows 2008 R2 and Application:9.0

I am trying to run nVision report online and it is error out with below info. Note: I can run the nVision in 2-tier on the ProcesssScheduler Server.

Message:

Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running

3:28:44PM

Successfully posted generated files to the report repository
