How to delete a previously approve TOTAL_ID in ReSA (14.1)

Hi,

I know that the DELETE option is only enabled when the TOTAL_ID has no history of 'Approved' Status.

The thing is we know in ReSA that each time we tag a TOTAL_ID and open it for EDIT mode, a new revision is generated and we can't really change the status of the old Revision.

Is there even a way to delete a TOTAL_ID?

Say, no transactions yet for that Total, will it still not be possible?
