How do you download images from Application Designer?

I have 2 images defined in a project in Application Designer (version 8.54).  I need to modify them.  I don't have the original copies of the image files to modify, so I have to download the images from App Designer, modify them, then re-upload them.  I can't figure out how to download a copy of the images.
