What could be the possible reason of transactions are in CLS status in Header table, but no Roll up?

After loading the Fixed Quota (Period Paymnet) for some bonus type plan element. performed calculation. Can see the calculated amount in CN_SRP_PERIODS_QUOTAS.

But in Header table Status is 'CLS' and no lines in Commission_Lines_table.

Can anyone suggest, what could be the possible reasons?
