How do you discover Peoplesoft instances using PSEM

I have installed OEM agent on LPAR and deployed the plugin for Peoplesoft with coresponding host. Deployment was successful. I was able to discover PS instances.
I did it on R5A3(LPAR - hosts all application server domains and process scheduler domains) and R5W3 ( LPAR - hosts all webserver domains).

R5A3 works fine and status is up.

R5W3 - I am getting below error -

Metric evaluation error start - oracle.sysman.emSDK.agent.fetchlet.exception.FetchletException: Timeout during collection: oracle.sysman.gcagent.task.TaskTimeoutException: task timeout: 120000 MILLISECONDS for ps_web_site:hccfga.hccfga.site.R5W3.app_psoft_hcdomains:Response
