Not able to see the message content on topic (error: Server timed out Can't take input from a termin

Hi Everyone,

We are on RIB 12 0 10, we have messages stuck at "etItemLocISO" and we are not able to see the message content..

We did the following but no luck..

1) Restarted rib-sim (also restarted complete RIB).

2) Restarted rib hospital eway

2) No messages at SIM  RIB hospitals.

3) There were no item-loc*.xml files at $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/prd-rib-sim/log/prd-rib-sim_default_group_1

Also attaching logs for the same..  Any suggestions will be appreciated..
