Requisition Approval response goes into discard folder when approved via Mobile

Hi All,

The purhcase requisition or the Purchase order when sent for approval, the approver approves the requisition. But the response is being directed to the discard folder of the Mailbox. This happens when they try to approve the requisition from the Mobile using Good application.

Please provide me your inputs on how it can be resolved and what could be the cause of the issue.
