Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

I need to bring a 9.0 demo DB up to Bundle 26 from 14.

I already hit a snag at 17 with a long way to go. Anyone been down this path and can give pointers about what to watch out for next?
