How to recreate modified change package?

Hello,

I am applying HCM 9.2 PUM Image #11 and on the step - "Create Modified Change Package", the log file shows the below info but I do not see the renamed zip file in the folder C:\psoft\ChangeAssistant\download\. The original change package updIMG11TAXUPD15A.zip has the original date & timestamp when it was created. FYI, the ChangePackageProperties.xml within the staging folder has been updated correctly as shown.

Is it OK to re-start/run the step or is there any other method for recreating the change package?
