Cant boot process scheduler

Hi,
I am trying to boot a newly installed process scheduler on Windows and I am getting:
PSAESRV.2736 (0) [2015-03-02T13:05:28.645](3) File: SQL Access ManagerSQL error. Stmt #: 1 Error Position: 0 Return: -1 -
PSAESRV.2736 (0) [2015-03-02T13:05:28.651](0) Server failed to start"
Any ideas on what I could check?
The Unix process scheduler boots and works fine.
This is on PT8.54.03
