how estimated quantity copied in quantity agreed in BPA

now we have a case, when award supplier in sourcing RFQ and create blanket Purchase Agreement from awarded RFQ  need  QTY Agreed field under agreement tab in BPA to copy estimated QTY (requested QTY per line when create sourcing RFQ) from RFQ, the current functionality present Null value in this field , so any body have solution for this case.
