PeopleSoft Test Framework stucks in middle - PT8.53.02 - FSCM 9.2

Team,

One of my developer is facing an issue with PTF while recording for FSCM9.2 on PT 8.53.02. It stucks in the  middle and not progressing further. Any help would be much appreciated.

This is the error, I could see from IB log and other error message is attached.
