nVision menu/tab disappears in Excel

Last fall we upgraded from PeopleSoft Financials 9.1/Tools 8.52 to Financials 9.2/Tools 8.53. I have a few three-tier Windows client nVision/Excel users (currently using Windows 7/Office 2010) who have reported that occasionally the nVision tab will disapear from Excel while they're working. The only way to get it back is to close Excel and nVision and log back in. When this happens, the "DrillToPIA" add-in also disappears from the Add-In tab.psnvs.exe is still running, though.

Has anyone encountered this problem or know of a way to fix/prevent it?
