Allocation - Search for an Item which has only PO's for it is not working

Hi All,

I'm using Allocation version 14.0.0.0

Allocation Search for an Item is not working without Stock On Hand for that specific item.

For creating a Pre season allocation I will like to select item only with quantity "On order" with PO's.

In Allocation module it doesn't shows items which have available quantity "On order", only those with available quantity received in warehouse.

Do you have a solution to fix this?
