Line type in Purchasing?

Hello everyone,

I want to define line type with Fixed price value basis and services in purchase basis option but I can't find fixed price value basis in the lov (it shows only amount and quantity).

But for line type of Fixed price temp labor it shows value basis of fixed price.

Now whether I have to create new line type with fixed price value basis and assign it to the profile option POR: Amount based services line type OR I add line type of Fixed price temp labor to the profile option and create a requisition in IPROC and follow it with rfq in sourcing for the process of complex purchase order.
