Does the SAP UM User Reconciliation in Incremental mode have a parameter or attribute we can use to

We currently use OIM 11.1.1.5 and each night we run the "SAP UM User Recon" task in incremental mode. Unfortunately, sometimes, group membership (SAP role) changes are not reconciled because the user profile in SAP itself has not been modified.

Temporarily we run a weekly "SAP UM User Recon" in Full mode but this is far from perfect.

Has somebody encountered the same issue and have you found how to have the incremental reconciliation getting the SAP group membership even when the user profile has not ?

Example::

Scenario 1: we have the user Paul mitchell and into SAP we grant him the role SAP_EMPLOYE_ROLE that's all. when the "SAP UM User Recon" task run, the new group membership is not reconciled  into OIM
