UWQ Collections Workbench not showing correct customers

Hi Christine,

We have the following issues after running the Scoring engine (Bill To level) and the Dunning letters generation:

1. The UWQ is showing only 286 Delinquent Bill To records whereas the complete Dunning Letters (Staged Method) output has 1785 pages.

Many customers are not shown in the UWQ, but do receive a letter.

Does it have something to do with the Scoring? It shows also customers with score = 95, but not all of them.

Shall we raise an SR?

2. Is it somehow possible to filter / restrict /folder in the UWQ to show only those customers receiving Dunning Letters?
