OUD Requirement / Checklist

Hi

We have requirement to impliment OUD for large setup with HA option. It will be nice if you can help me letting me know the

1) Implimentation Checklist.

2) Accessing the Environment before implimentation.

3) In which Situation it can be proposed and benefits out of that.

4) HA Architecture.

I have already gone through most of the OUD doc provided by Oracle @oracle site.Any practical implimentation POC/POV will Help
