Displaying Ad Hoc Salary Change Requests in Pending Approvals Pagelet (HCM 9.2)

Hi!

My client has applied Image 9 to PS HCM 9.2, which transitioned the Ad Hoc Salary Change transaction to an AWE transaction.

The problem is that we cannot seem to get the approvals to show up in the Pending Approvals pagelet on the Manager Dashboard (or generate an email to the requestor or approver).  The transaction DOES show up on the applicable users' Worklists.

Is there some place where the steps to set this up (as a transition from non-AWE to AWE) are documented?
