Workflow Notification getting failed with error "fwk-error detected" in mailer log
When submitting a requisition for approval no notification is received. The status of the notification is as followed:
Subject: Purchase Requisition XXXXX for xxxx, xxxxx
Status: Open
Mail: Failed
Message Name: PO_REQ_APPROVE_JRAD
This issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Navigate to Requisitions > Requisitions
2. Create a requisition and submit it for approval
3. The approver does not receive the email notification
Following errors messages have been found in the mailer log files for the notification id 1233676
